Much like the drafted for professional sports, recruitment for entry-level talent should be no different. Each company get's to sell themselves to the best talent graduating each year.

Our story

After graduating from USC, Rodrigo and Andrew decided to start their own company to solve a problem that others had overlooked: the long and often frustrating job search process for college graduates. They knew that the average college graduate spends 6-9 months looking for employment after graduation, and they wanted to create a platform that would help graduates land their first job faster.

Their solution was to create Drafted, a platform that uses video resumes to showcase a job seeker's skills and personality. Video resumes are a more engaging and representative way to show off a candidate's skills than a traditional resume, and they also allow employers to get a better sense of a candidate's personality.

Drafted also takes a marketplace approach to the job search process. Much like the NFL draft, companies compete to recruit the best talent from each graduating class. This ensures that graduates have access to a wide range of opportunities, and it also gives employers the chance to find the best possible candidates for their open positions.

Rodrigo and Andrew's mission is simple: to help college graduates land their first job faster while also helping companies find the best talent. They believe that video resumes are the future of the job search process, and they are committed to making Drafted the go-to platform for college graduates and employers alike.
