Our Commitment to Professional Conduct

Drafted Labs, Inc. is committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, respect, and professionalism. This Code of Conduct establishes the ethical and behavioral standards expected of all employees, contractors, contributors, and partners. Our conduct reflects our commitment to ethical business practices, respect for all individuals, and compliance with applicable laws.

1. Workplace Conduct & Respect

All Drafted personnel are expected to:

  • Treat all colleagues, clients, partners, and third parties with respect and professionalism
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or bullying based on protected characteristics (race, gender, age, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, etc.)
  • Create and maintain an inclusive, welcoming workplace free from intimidation or hostility
  • Report concerns through appropriate channels without fear of retaliation
  • Respect personal boundaries and physical space
  • Maintain professional communication in all interactions (in-person, email, chat, video)

2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All Drafted personnel must:

  • Protect confidential information belonging to Drafted, our clients, or our users
  • Never disclose proprietary information without explicit written authorization
  • Treat candidate profiles, contributor data, and client information as confidential
  • Follow all data security protocols outlined in the Information Security Policy
  • Sign and adhere to all confidentiality agreements required by Drafted
  • Safeguard credentials and access tokens; never share passwords or API keys
  • Report any suspected data breaches or security incidents immediately to security@joindrafted.com

3. Conflict of Interest

Drafted personnel must:

  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest to management or legal counsel
  • Avoid situations where personal interests conflict with Drafted's interests or duties
  • Not accept bribes, kickbacks, or inappropriate gifts from clients or vendors
  • Recuse themselves from decisions involving personal financial interests
  • Avoid engaging in competing business activities without written approval
  • Disclose any family or personal relationships with colleagues, clients, or vendors

4. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

All Drafted personnel are required to:

  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Follow anti-corruption laws (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, etc.)
  • Comply with labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and employment standards
  • Respect intellectual property rights and avoid unauthorized use of proprietary materials
  • Comply with sanctions and export control regulations
  • Report any suspected legal violations immediately to legal@joindrafted.com

5. Fair Dealing & Ethical Business Practices

Drafted is committed to fair and ethical business practices:

  • Represent Drafted, our services, and our capabilities honestly and accurately
  • Avoid misrepresentation or deception in communications with clients or partners
  • Honor all contractual obligations and commitments
  • Treat vendors, suppliers, and partners fairly and in good faith
  • Never engage in bribery, corruption, or improper payments
  • Compete fairly and do not engage in unfair competitive practices

6. Use of Company Resources

Company resources (equipment, funds, systems) must be:

  • Used primarily for legitimate business purposes
  • Protected from unauthorized access or misuse
  • Not used for illegal activities or to harm others
  • Not shared with unauthorized individuals
  • Properly secured when unattended (locked devices, secure passwords)
  • Returned upon employment termination or when no longer needed

7. Health, Safety & Substance Abuse

Drafted maintains a safe, healthy workplace:

  • All personnel are expected to work in a drug-free environment
  • Consumption of alcohol during working hours is prohibited (except at official company events with management approval)
  • Personnel under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to work
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately to management
  • Comply with all applicable occupational health and safety regulations
  • Support substance abuse recovery resources and confidential counseling referrals

8. Social Media & Public Statements

When representing Drafted publicly or on social media:

  • Represent Drafted accurately and professionally
  • Do not disclose confidential or proprietary information
  • Do not make unauthorized public commitments on behalf of Drafted
  • Clearly distinguish personal opinions from official Drafted positions
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding endorsements and disclosures
  • Avoid posting content that could harm Drafted's reputation or client relationships

9. Reporting Violations & Non-Retaliation

Drafted encourages the reporting of any conduct that violates this Code of Conduct or applicable laws. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

Report violations to:

• Legal counsel: legal@joindrafted.com

• Management: [appropriate manager]

Non-Retaliation Policy: Drafted prohibits retaliation against any employee or contractor who reports a suspected violation in good faith. Retaliation is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination.

10. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including:

  • Verbal warning or written reprimand
  • Suspension or temporary removal from duties
  • Termination of employment or contractor agreement
  • Civil or criminal liability where applicable
  • Restitution or recovery of damages

The severity of discipline depends on the nature, severity, and impact of the violation, as well as any prior violations.
