drafted. Capture ("the extension") is a browser-interaction recorder that helps people produce computer-use training data from their own browsing. This policy explains what it handles and where that data goes.
Only while you have capture turned on, the extension records your interactions in the browser: mouse clicks and their coordinates, keystrokes, scrolling, page navigation, the tab and URL each action occurred on, and screenshots of the visible page. Capture is fully under your control and is off by default.
Your recordings stay on your device. Sessions and settings are stored locally using the browser's extension storage and IndexedDB. The extension does not send your recordings to Drafted's servers or any third party. Data leaves your machine only when you explicitly choose to export it as a file you save yourself, or, if you configure an optional API key, when you choose to upload to a destination you control. Optional AI lab API keys you enter are sent only to that lab's own endpoint and never to Drafted.
